- Delivery plus setup w/ fully trained wait staff on-site serve the food to you and your guests as they come through the line, we replenish food, fill up tea & water, clean off tables, throw away trash & teardown the buffet
- We will pack up the leftovers for you!

The Deets
Payment & Cancellation
We genuinely appreciate you considering us to take care of your catering needs! We require a $300 deposit at the time of booking the event. The remaining balance can be paid anytime, up until the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. All sales have additional 9% sales tax. All credit card transactions will have a 3.99% upcharge. All catering orders placed within 10 days of event are subject to a 17% additional charge for a ‘late notice fee’.
Because of the demand for catering services, no refunds will be given for deposits paid. We’ve never had a cancellation due to the simple and smooth process/service we offer and look forward to being able to provide for you.
We take a ton of pride in everything we prepare and cook and want you to know that we take zero shortcuts with ingredients. We assure you that every bite from us will be some of, if not the best you’ve ever had. We GUARANTEE it!
Minimums
– 20 minimum for pickup orders
– 35 minimum for deliver orders
– 60 minimum for on site service order

SMOKED BEEF BRISKET ( + $3/ GUEST)
Smoked low and slow, to the point of tender deliciousness, kept in its own savory juices. Cooked Texas style.
SMOKED PULLED PORK
Pork Shoulder cooked with oak wood for 16 hours.
Hand-pulled with love and will literally melt in your mouth. A crowd favorite.
SMOKED PULLED CHICKEN/SMOKED CHICKEN BREASTS
Boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with love & marinade.
We stand by the most delicate piece of smoked chicken off the bone you’ve ever tasted. Hand-pulled.
SMOKED RIBS ( + $3/ GUEST)
These candy sticks are seasoned and cooked for almost 6 hours.
They’re perfectly smoked, then glazed on the grill and are full of flavor. Cooked Texas style.
